Google Ads Management

Google Ads Management by Prince Pandey

Google Ads that are measured on revenue, not clicks.

I manage Google Ads accounts end to end: Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube and Demand Gen. Every account is measured on CPA, ROAS and revenue. In one refurbished-tech account, cutting wasted search spend took ROAS from 1.29 (Jul to Aug) to 4.76 (Sep to Oct).

The real job

Where most Google Ads budgets leak

Most accounts I audit are not short on budget. They are spending it in the wrong places. These are the leaks I look for first.

  1. 01

    Irrelevant search terms

Broad match pulling in searches that will never buy.

  2. 02

    Performance Max eating branded traffic

Brand searches you would get anyway, reported as new conversions.

  3. 03

    Broken conversion tracking

Page views, duplicate events or micro-actions counted as sales or leads.

  4. 04

    Weak landing pages

Paying for the click, then losing the visitor on a slow or unclear page.

  5. 05

Wrong bid strategy for the data

Smart bidding switched on before the account has enough clean conversions to learn from.

  6. 06

    Budget spread too thin

Too many campaigns splitting the budget so nothing gets enough data to optimize.

Campaign types

Google Ads campaign types I manage

The campaign mix depends on where your customers search and what the account economics support.

  • Search

Capture people actively searching for what you sell.

Keywords · Match types · RSAs · Assets

  • Performance Max

Reach buyers across Search, YouTube, Display, Gmail and Maps from one campaign.

Asset groups · Audience signals · Brand exclusions

  • Shopping

Show products, prices and images to buyers ready to purchase.

Merchant Center · Feed optimization · Product groups

  • YouTube & Video

Build demand and retarget with video.

    In-stream · Shorts · Remarketing

  • Demand Gen

Visual ads across YouTube, Discover and Gmail to create new demand.

    Lookalike segments · Creative testing

  • Display & Remarketing

Bring back visitors who did not convert.

Remarketing lists · Placements · Frequency

Measurement

Tracking comes before scaling

Google’s bidding is only as good as the conversions you feed it. If tracking counts the wrong actions, smart bidding optimizes for the wrong people. So before more budget goes in, I check that every reported conversion actually happened.

The first thing I check in any Google Ads audit is whether the conversions being reported are real.
  1. Google Ads
  2. Click
  3. Landing Page
  4. Conversion
  5. GA4 / GTM
  6. CRM
  7. Revenue

Setup can include GA4, Google Tag Manager, Enhanced Conversions, Consent Mode, call tracking, offline conversion imports and value-based bidding. Tracking & analytics

Before you add budget

When I’ll tell you not to spend more on Google Ads

More budget does not fix a broken account. I will tell you if any of these apply:

  • Conversion tracking is not reliable.
  • Search terms are mostly irrelevant.
  • The landing page does not match the search intent.
  • There is not enough conversion data for smart bidding.
  • Performance Max is taking credit for branded sales.
  • The margins do not support the current cost per acquisition.

Ad spend is paid directly to Google and is not included in the management fee. Your campaigns run in your own Google Ads account. Final scope is confirmed after the audit.

FAQ

Google Ads management FAQs

Which Google Ads campaign types do you manage?

Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and YouTube, depending on where your customers actually are and what the account economics support.

Do you work with new accounts or only existing ones?

Both. A new account gets built from scratch with proper conversion tracking from day one. An existing account gets audited first, then restructured where it makes sense.

How do you decide how much budget to spend?

Budget follows what the account can profitably absorb, based on your target CPA or ROAS, not a fixed percentage or a guess.

How is Google Ads Management different from a general PPC audit?

A PPC audit is a one-time review with a report. Google Ads Management is ongoing, hands-on work: building, testing and optimizing the account week over week.
