This policy explains what personal information this site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. The site is run by Prince Pandey, an independent performance marketing consultant based in Panchkula, Haryana, India ("I", "me").
When you use the contact form or send an enquiry from a pricing page, I collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, monthly budget range, message, and any package, add-ons or platforms you selected. I also record which page the enquiry was sent from.
If you email or call me directly, I receive whatever you choose to include.
The site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising measurement tags, such as Google Analytics. These tools may collect information about your device and browser, your approximate location, the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, and actions you take (for example submitting a form). They use cookies and similar technologies; see the Cookie Policy.
I do not sell your personal information.
Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. The site is hosted by Vercel. Analytics and advertising measurement data is processed by the providers whose tags run on the site (for example Google). These providers process data on my behalf or under their own terms, and may store it outside India.
I may disclose information if required by law or to protect my legal rights.
I keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond, to manage any resulting engagement, and to meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask me to delete your enquiry at any time.
Depending on where you live (including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the EU or UK, the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain uses. To make a request, email marketingbyprince@gmail.com. I will respond within a reasonable time.
I use reputable hosting and database providers and limit access to enquiry data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
I may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
