01The challenge

  • Limited advertising budget due to the client's mobile business model
  • Services available only in selected locations, making geo-targeting critical
  • Different promotions (classes vs. summer camps) required separate audience strategies
  • Meta rejected ads because the Instant Form collected excessive personal information (age, ZIP code, email), requiring form optimization
  • No automation or CRM workflow was configured after lead submission
  • Maintaining lead quality while scaling volume across multiple cities

02Objective

  • Generate qualified leads for dance class enrollments and summer camp registrations
  • Lower cost per lead while improving lead quality
  • Test multiple creatives and increase campaign efficiency
  • Reach parents specifically within each serviceable location

03Strategy

  • Account audit — reviewed historical campaigns, audience performance, and lead quality
  • Audience & competitor research — researched parents most likely to enroll children and analyzed competitor messaging and offers
  • Campaign structure — separate campaigns for "50% Off First Month Classes" and "Summer Camp Registration," with dedicated ad sets by city
  • Creative & ad copy strategy — multiple static creatives, headlines, offers, and CTAs tested; benefit-driven messaging around confidence, creativity, friendships, and active lifestyle
  • Instant Form optimization — simplified the lead form, added qualifying questions, and updated it to meet Meta's policies after an initial rejection

04Execution

Campaigns were launched by city (Chicago, Cleveland, San Diego) and offer, then monitored daily — audience optimization, creative performance review, budget adjustments, and lead quality checks running continuously alongside Instant Form refinements. The Cleveland summer camp campaign was cancelled after camps reached capacity, a sign the funnel was working faster than expected in that market.

05Results

Multiple lead campaigns launched successfully across cities, with cost per lead ranging from roughly $4.77 to $25.66 depending on audience and location. The best-performing campaign generated 69 leads at roughly $6.37–$6.99 per lead, and several other city/offer combinations produced 6–12 leads each — an encouraging early spread across a newly restructured account rather than results concentrated in a single campaign.

  • Established a structured Meta Lead Generation framework by offer and location, replacing an account with no clear structure
  • Instant Form rejections were resolved by simplifying the form and adding qualifying questions, restoring compliance and lead quality
  • Built a repeatable creative testing process now available for future promotions
