01The challenge

  • Creative fatigue across several existing ads
  • Learning-limited campaigns slowing algorithmic optimization
  • Identifying which audiences would actually convert
  • Heavy dependence on static creatives with minimal creative variation
  • Balancing prospecting and retargeting while scaling without increasing CPA

02Objective

  • Increase online purchases through Meta Ads
  • Reduce cost per purchase and increase ROAS
  • Improve CTR and test new creatives systematically
  • Scale winning campaigns without losing efficiency

03Strategy

  • Creative testing — developed 50+ static and video creatives to identify top-performing concepts
  • Video marketing — introduced product videos to compare performance against static creatives
  • Audience testing — tested broad, interest-based, lookalike, and retargeting audiences
  • Product expansion — launched dedicated campaigns for Wakee Denim, mirrors, and retargeting
  • Campaign optimization — optimized budgets, placements, and ad delivery based on performance data

04Execution

Initial Phase (Months 1–3)

The account began with multiple Meta Sales campaigns on a limited budget and a basic structure — early testing to identify the most effective audience, creative, and campaign setup, and to establish a reliable purchase campaign for future optimization.

Growth & Optimization Phase (Apr–Jun 2026)

The account shifted from initial testing to performance-driven optimization: Lookalike Audience targeting was introduced to scale qualified traffic, creatives were refreshed to reduce fatigue, dedicated retargeting campaigns were implemented, and budget was reallocated daily toward top-performing campaigns.

05Results

Comparing the initial phase (Months 1–3) against the growth & optimization phase (Apr–Jun 2026):

  • Website purchases grew from 155+ to 370+ (+139%)
  • The lowest cost per purchase fell from roughly $24.80 to $9.50
  • The top-performing campaign scaled from 69 to 217 website purchases
  • Lookalike targeting emerged as the highest-performing audience, generating the largest share of conversions

Total ad spend was similar across both phases (~$4,550 vs. ~$4,150) — the improvement came from efficiency and targeting, not from spending more.
